Regulatory status

ASTERALE is registered with ORIAS under no. 23 007 423 (orias.fr) as:

• a financial investment adviser (conseiller en investissements financiers, CIF), member of ANACOFI-CIF, 92 rue d'Amsterdam, 75009 Paris, an association approved by the Autorité des marchés financiers;
• an insurance broker (courtier en assurance, COA);
• an insurance intermediary's agent (mandataire d'intermédiaire d'assurance, MIA);
• an agent of a banking and payment services intermediary (mandataire d'intermédiaire en opérations de banque et en services de paiement, MIOBSP).

ASTERALE holds the professional licence « Transactions sur immeubles et fonds de commerce » (property and business transactions) no. CPI 8501 2023 000 000 004, issued by the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI de Paris), without holding client funds. As the firm holds no client funds, it has no financial guarantee.

Investment advice is provided on a non-independent basis. The firm receives fees and retrocessions (commissions from product providers), details of which are given in writing before any subscription.

Any client may request fee-only pricing, with no retrocession received by ASTERALE.

ASTERALE does not provide portfolio management on behalf of third parties and does not carry out any crowdfunding activity.

Complaints may be sent in writing to ASTERALE, 4 allée Django Reinhardt, 94110 Arcueil, France, or by email to contact@cassinia.fr. We acknowledge receipt within ten working days and reply within two months.

If our reply does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the competent mediator:
